Job Description

We are hiring an Accountant with strong knowledge of Tally and hands-on experience in factory accounts & inventory management. The candidate will manage daily accounting operations, maintain accurate stock records, and coordinate with production and store departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily accounting entries in Tally ERP
• Purchase, sales, expense & journal entries
• Vendor & customer reconciliation
• Bank reconciliation and ledger management
• GST, TDS & statutory compliance support
• Maintain Inventory for raw materials & finished goods
• Record material in/out, GRNs, challans & stock movements
• Conduct physical stock audits and resolve variances
• Prepare MIS reports related to accounts and inventory

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Tally ERP (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of inventory management
• Good understanding of GST/TDS
• Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred)
• Accuracy, responsibility & discipline
• Ability to work in a factory environment

Qualification

• B.Com / M.Com / Diploma in Accounting
• Experience in a manufacturing company preferred
