CRM Implementation Executive

🔹 Job Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure ZOHO One CRM as per business requirements
• Customize modules, fields, workflows, and automation rules
• Manage lead, contact, deal, and account setups
• Integrate CRM with other ZOHO apps (Zoho Books, Desk, Campaigns, etc.)
• Provide user training and prepare basic SOPs
• Troubleshoot CRM issues and provide ongoing support
• Data migration, import/export, and data validation

🔹 Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience in ZOHO One / Zoho CRM implementation
• Basic understanding of business processes (Sales, Support, Accounts)
