Job Description
- The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for fostering long-term relationships with clients, managing the customer journey from initial booking to final possession.
- You will leverage CRM software to track interactions, resolve grievances, and identify opportunities for upselling or referrals, ensuring a seamless and premium experience for every property buyer.
- Welcome Calls" and send orientation emails within 24 hours of booking to provide project details and gather initial feedback.
- Serve as the dedicated liaison for all post-sales queries, addressing concerns regarding construction updates, payment schedules, and legalities.
