**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Diagnostic Centre Executive to join our team. This is a dual-responsibility role that involves both patient-facing sample collection (phlebotomy) and essential back-end computer work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient process from patient registration to sample processing, maintaining high standards of accuracy and patient care.

**Key Responsibilities:**

*  **Sample Collection (Phlebotomy):**

  *  Safely and hygienically collect blood samples from patients following standard medical procedures.

  *  Ensure proper labeling, handling, and storage of all collected samples to maintain their integrity.

  *  Maintain a clean, sterile, and organized work area and equipment.

  *  Comfort and reassure patients throughout the collection process.

*  **Computer & Administrative Work:**

  *  Accurately enter patient demographics, test information, and other data into the centre's software.

  *  Generate, manage, and print patient reports as required.

  *  Handle front-desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing patient queries.

  *  Maintain digital and physical records in an organized manner.

  *  Coordinate with other lab staff and departments to ensure seamless workflow.

**Qualifications and Skills:**

*  **Education:** Minimum 12th Pass required.

*  **Preferred:** A Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Medical Lab Technology (DMLT) or a related field is highly preferred.

*  **Experience:** Freshers are welcome to apply. Prior experience in phlebotomy is a strong advantage.

*  **Technical Skills:**

  *  Proficiency in blood sample collection techniques.

  *  Basic computer literacy, including data entry and familiarity with computer systems.

*  **Soft Skills:**

  *  Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  *  Good interpersonal and communication skills.

  *  Ability to handle patients with empathy and professionalism.

  *  Responsible, reliable, and able to work effectively in a team.

**Salary and Benefits:**

 **Fixed Salary:** ₹12,000 to ₹14,000 per month.

*  **Incentives:** Attractive performance-based incentives will be provided based on efficiency, number of samples collected, and targets achieved. Details of the incentive structure will be discussed during the interview.
