Production Supervisor

Supervise day-to-day production activities as per production plan

Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets

Monitor machine operations, raw material usage, and wastage control

Coordinate with maintenance team for machine breakdowns and preventive maintenance

Ensure product quality as per company standards and hygiene norms

Maintain production records, shift reports, and MIS data

Manage shop-floor manpower, shift allocation, attendance, and discipline

Ensure compliance with safety rules, 5S, and factory policies

Coordinate with QC, Stores, and Dispatch teams for smooth operations

Train workers on SOPs, quality standards, and safe working practices
