Production Supervisor ( Foreman)

Job Title & Responsibilities:- Production Supervisor For Sheet Metal ( Kitchen + display) would be on edge .

DEPARTMENT: PRODUCTION

·        Overseeing Production Schedule: Monitor the production process and ensure products are manufactured according to production schedule and specification.

·         Workforce supervision: Supervise, train, and motivate welders, grinder, and helper and handle the manpower planning.

·        Documentation and reporting: Maintain records of production and scrap, and complete shift production summaries & monthly MIS reporting.

·        Follow safety protocols: Follow safety guidelines and wear required PPE at all the times on the shop floor.

·        Knowledge of QMS documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

ITI/Diploma is required

 Minimum 2 years of Experience is Required in Production, prefably in sheet Metal Industry.
