Real Estate Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to handle residential property sales, manage site visits, follow up with leads, and close deals. The role requires strong communication skills, customer handling ability, and a target-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and handle sales leads from walk-ins, calls.
• Explain residential projects, pricing, payment plans, and offers to clients
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with clients for property walkthroughs
• Maintain regular follow-ups to convert leads into bookings
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of leads and sales
• Coordinate with Managers
• Assist clients with booking forms, KYC, and basic documentation
• Stay updated on project details

Requirements & Skills:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Minimum 1 year of experience in residential real estate sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-focused and result-oriented approach
• Ability to work on weekends and holidays (as required for site visits)
