Recovery Executive

We are looking for an experienced Recovery Executive with at least 2 years of experience in collection/recovery calling. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers for outstanding payments, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring timely recovery while maintaining a professional approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers for overdue payment recovery.
• Follow up regularly with customers to ensure timely payment of outstanding dues.
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements where applicable.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, recovery status, and customer responses in the system.
