Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary

The Sales and Marketing Field Executive is responsible for promoting products or services in assigned territories, generating leads, meeting customers in the field, and achieving sales targets. This role involves extensive fieldwork, direct customer interaction, and coordination with internal teams. The position is suitable for both fresher’s and experienced candidates.

A. Sales and Marketing Field Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers, retailers, distributors, or clients in assigned areas.
• Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, and referrals.
• Maintain daily visit reports and submit activity updates.
• Support senior sales staff in closing deals and follow-ups.
• Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the team.

Eligibility & Skills

• Minimum qualification: Diploma / Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in the field and travel locally.
• Basic knowledge of sales and marketing concepts.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to learn.

Training & Growth

• On-the-job training provided ( 3 Months)
• Opportunity to grow into Senior Sales Executive or Area Sales roles.
