Video Content Editor

Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-Production & Conceptualization:
• Brainstorm, plan, and conceptualize engaging video content ideas.
• Develop clear shooting scripts, shot lists, and storyboards.
• Plan and execute video shoots with a strong sense of visual storytelling.
• Video Editing & Post-Production:
• Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos for various platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, Facebook).
• Perform color correction, audio mixing, and add graphics/motion elements.
• Incorporate music, sound effects, text overlays, and basic visual effects.
• Ensure the final product aligns with the brand's style and messaging.
• Social Media Management & Publishing:
• Optimize edited videos for different social media platforms (format, aspect ratio, length).
• Craft compelling captions, hashtags, and thumbnails to maximize engagement.
• Schedule and publish video content directly to social media channels.
• Monitor post-performance and audience feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Solid understanding of social media video trends and platform-specific requirements.
• Ability to film with a smartphone or DSLR/mirrorless camera.
• Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Good written communication skills for captions and basic scripting.
