👨‍🔧 Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Electrical Maintenance Engineer to manage maintenance activities for CNC-based machinery including HMCs, VMCs, and other production equipment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling breakdowns and preventive maintenance in a manufacturing setup.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance of HMC, VMC, and allied machinery to ensure smooth operations

Handle electrical breakdowns of machines such as HMCs, VMCs, and test benches efficiently

Maintain and update preventive maintenance schedules and records

Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities and compliance standards

Identify and recommend critical spare parts, ensuring their availability and proper tracking

Work closely with production teams to minimize downtime and improve machine efficiency

🎯 Key Requirements

Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related field

2–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance in manufacturing/industrial setup

Strong knowledge of CNC machines (HMC/VMC) maintenance

Ability to troubleshoot electrical faults quickly and effectively

Good understanding of maintenance documentation and reporting
