Position:-DET (Diploma Engineer Trainee)

Department: - Assembly, Production (CMC, VMC, HMC)

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic Diploma Fresher’s to join our team as Trainee Engineers. The selected candidates will receive hands-on training in shop-floor operations, quality processes, and production activities while working under the guidance of senior engineers and supervisors.

Key Responsibilities

·        Assist in day-to-day production / quality / maintenance activities

·        Learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)

·        Support assembly, inspection, testing, or machine operations

·        Maintain records related to production, quality, or maintenance

·        Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times

·        Participate in training programs and skill-development activities

·        Support continuous improvement and 5S activities

Eligibility / Qualifications

·        Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Automobile / Production or related discipline

·        Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience

·        Basic knowledge of engineering concepts

·        Willingness to learn and work on the shop floor

·        Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

·        Basic understanding of manufacturing processes

·        Ability to read simple drawings and work instructions

·        Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word)

·        Positive attitude and strong learning mindset.
