Sales Manager – EDC Sales (Open Market)

Role Overview:

Responsible for driving the acquisition and sales of Pine Labs POS/EDC machines in the open market by identifying new merchants, building strong relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new merchants for EDC/POS deployment in the open market.

Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and market research.

Explain product features, pricing, rental/ MDR plans, and benefits to merchants.

Onboard merchants by completing KYC, documentation, and activation process.

Maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure usage and retention.

Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets as assigned.

Track competitor activities and provide market insights.

Coordinate with backend teams for installation and post-sale support.

Ensure high merchant satisfaction and resolve issues on time.
