💼 Role: Field Sales + Team Handling

💰 CTC: Up to ₹5.6 LPA

(Fixed ₹4.2 LPA + ₹1.4 LPA Variable – Commission Based)

🔹 Role Summary:

Drive merchant acquisition and digital payment adoption while managing a team of FSEs and ensuring deployment of QR codes & soundbox devices.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage 5–7 Field Sales Executives

* Merchant onboarding & relationship management

* Drive sales of QR & soundbox solutions

* Monitor team performance & achieve targets

🔹 Eligibility:

✔ 6 months – 1 year experience in Sales / Business Development

✔ Strong field sales & team handling skills
