Quality Inspector

Need Quality Inspector For Metal Industry. Making products for Oil & Gas Industry.

Conduct daily quality rounds on the shop floor to monitor abnormalities.

• Proficient handling and calibration of gauges and instruments.

• Perform Measurement System Analysis (MSA) to ensure reliability of

measurement systems.

• Conduct and document Statistical Process Control (SPC) as per quality plan.

• Execute Product and Process Audits along with Layout Inspections.

• Investigate line rejections, recommend corrective actions, and monitor

implementation.

• Interpret part drawings/specifications for incoming inspections.

• Prepare and maintain PPAP documentation per customer requirements.

• Use SAP for preparing and posting incoming inspection reports.

• Plan and manage gauges for NPD and existing parts based on engineering

drawings.

• Provide guidance to QC inspectors and prepare Work Instructions.

• Apply 7 QC Tools and Core Tools to reduce defects and rejections.

• Maintain depth knowledge in GD&T: fit, form, and function.

• Performed quality control tests at Millipore to ensure that laboratory

products met industry standards and regulations.
