Property Manager

Experience:

Minimum 10 Years in Hospitality/Property Management

We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Property Manager to oversee operations at Zephyr Estate.

The ideal candidate will be a result-oriented professional capable of maintaining the high standards of our

luxury retreat while navigating the unique challenges of mountain hospitality.

Core Responsibilities:

• Operations & Property Management: Oversee the day-to-day functioning of all units (Huts, Tents, and Villas). Ensure the estate is audit-ready and maintained to premium standards at all times.
• Staff Alignment & Leadership: Manage, train, and align the on-site team to ensure seamless service delivery. You must foster a culture of accountability and excellence among the staff.
• Public Relations & Guest Experience: Act as the face of the property. Build strong relationships wit guests, local authorities, and vendors. High-level conflict resolution and networking skills are essential.
• Financial Oversight & Reporting: Maintain strict discipline regarding F&B sheets and billing. You will be responsible for accurate, on-time reporting of daily collections, expenses, and occupancy metrics to the management.
• Market Dynamics: Work closely with the leadership to implement pricing strategies and manage last-minute bookings based on seasonal demand.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 10+ years of proven experience in managing high-end resorts or estates.
• Resilience: Must be willing to take on challenges, including managing logistics in a hilly terrain and handling high-pressure peak seasons.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in property management software and reporting tools (Excel/WhatsApp/ERP) to ensure data transparency.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for vendor negotiations and guest interaction.
