Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to final selection.
• Screen and evaluate high volumes of candidate profiles daily with accuracy and consistency.
• Conduct structured preliminary assessments (voice and non-voice) and maintain detailed records.
• Coordinate and schedule telephonic and face-to-face interviews for shortlisted candidates.
• Proactively identify and engage potential candidates beyond inbound applications.
• Post job openings on relevant platforms and ensure a steady inflow of quality applicants.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and dashboards regularly.
• Ensure quality checks, timely closures, and adherence to hiring deadlines.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver the right talent fit.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is:

• Highly attentive with strong listening and comprehension skills.
• Fluent in English communication (spoken & written).
• Analytical, quick-thinking, and sharp in evaluating candidates.
• Skilled in MS Excel & reporting.
• Able to work under tight timelines and manage large volumes efficiently.
• Resilient, deadline-driven, and flexible to extend efforts beyond regular hours when required.
