Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, monitor, and motivate a remote team of 4–5 Sales Executives.
- Plan and execute strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly admission and revenue targets.
- Conduct virtual reviews, meetings, and daily performance tracking.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to improve team efficiency.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for lead generation and student onboarding.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance dashboards.
