Responsibilities
	Survey of villages within 15-25km range, identify branch property and set up 10 branches.
	Find suitable candidates for hiring and deployment at different branches
	Handle logistics; set up, delivery of assets, record maintenance
	Implement and review operational policies and procedures at branches
	Handle MIS; data, reporting, etc.
	Overall management of staff' performance & training requirements
	Community interactions; mobilizations, meeting with guardians, Village council head

Recruitment Process
	There would be 2 rounds of interviews. 1st interview will be done telephonically, 2nd interview would be through Zoom or face to face.
	2-3 months compulsory training program in Lucknow; 30-36 days’ induction training at our Staff Training Campus in Gahru, Lucknow followed by 1-2 months on-field training of Territory Manager profile at Lucknow FEA branches. For going to Lucknow, your train ticket in sleeper coach will be provided by FEA. During the training period all meals and basic lodging will be provided completely free of cost at our Lucknow Staff Training Campus. For female candidates, we can sponsor the trip of one parent / relative to accompany you, if you wish. Training time: 9 AM to 6 PM.
	No leaves allowed during the 1st month of training except Sunday.
	A stipend of Rs. 250 per working day will be paid to you for attending our 30-36 days’ induction training program. This amount will be deposited in your bank account by Thursday of every week for the number of days you attended in the preceding week. 
	Appointment letter will be issued only after successful completion of the induction training program. 
	Training visits to Lucknow for few days every 2-3 months.
	Two year employment commitment required for the first two years since we are going to invest heavily in your training.

 
Benefits
Gross Salary: Rs.20,000 per month plus, petrol expense, medical insurance for self and 1 family member, free training programs on professional development skills, etc.  Additionally If interested to relocate to work in a village/location that is above 20 kms from the native village/location, FEA will pay room rent upto Rs 3000 per month provided you will work with us for 2 years.
