As an Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring new CASA customers and contributing to the bank's success. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the bank's performance.

  • Develop innovative sales strategies to source CASA accounts, targeting potential customers through market research.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored financial solutions.

  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and product offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to the Area Head's Office, contributing to strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with all bank policies and regulations, maintaining a high standard of ethical practice.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred, demonstrating a strong academic foundation.
  • Minimum 6 months of sales experience in banking or BFSI industry is mandatory, showcasing a proven track record.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective client engagement.
  • Ability to work independently, manage a diverse sales portfolio, and make informed business decisions based on data analysis.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and sales management tools, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, coupled with a self-starting mindset, is crucial for success in this role.
  • Prior experience in branch banking or a similar role is advantageous, providing valuable industry insights.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
