Job Responsibilities:

• Counsel working professionals and prospective students for enrollment in Medhavi Skill University’s MBA and Undergraduate (UG) programs.
• Understand candidates’ career goals and guide them on the right academic and career path.
• Generate and close admissions/sales through calls, follow-ups, and meetings
• Provide detailed information about programs, eligibility, fees, and admission process.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of enrolled students.

Desired Skills & Requirements:

• 6–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telecalling / Education Sales
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel, or lead management systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, result-driven environment
