Job Title: Business Development Executive (On-Site)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 fixed per month + up to 100% variable bonus

Age: 21 to 32 years

Location: Dhanbad

Role Summary:

We are looking for a sharp, persuasive and quick-thinking Business Development Executive to join our in-office team. The primary responsibility is to engage and convince potential candidates for our online MBA programme — converting enquiries into enrolments. Strong convincing skills, excellent presence of mind and ability to handle objections confidently are key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential candidates face-to-face and over calls; clearly present the benefits of our online MBA offering.
• Handle objections, answer queries, and close enrolments effectively.
• Maintain and update candidate data and follow-up actions in the system.
• Achieve weekly and monthly enrolment targets.
• Coordinate with marketing/lead-generation team to convert leads into applications.
• Maintain professional demeanour and brand-positive representation at all times.

Required Skills & Qualities:

• Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to persuade, negotiate and close sales.
• Quick thinker with good presence of mind; able to adapt responses to meet candidate needs.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable working in a dynamic office environment.
• Graduate (any discipline) preferred.
• Prior experience in telesales, admissions counselling, BDE or similar roles is a plus.
