Job Description
Customer Support Executive
Office-based role for handling customer calls and supporting online account opening processes (Airtel Payment Bank, Bajaj EMI Card, etc.).
Responsibilities include calling pending leads, guiding customers with KYC, app usage, and follow-ups via call/WhatsApp.
Basic Android knowledge and good Hindi communication required.
Freshers can apply. Training provided.
Day shift (10 AM – 7 PM). Fixed salary + incentive.
