Data Analyst

He will play a pivotal role in supporting the Founders Office and Operational Leadership in financial planning, MIS management, and data-driven decision-making across multiple business verticals. The role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a structured approach to managing performance data, building dashboards, and providing actionable insights for management. Prior experience in the education industry is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and analyze MIS and performance dashboards covering financial and operational metrics across verticals.
• Consolidate and validate data from various platforms ( Excel, Google Sheet , CRM , Power BI, internal trackers) to ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting.
• Support financial planning processes including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with business and operations teams to collect inputs, track progress, and align performance metrics with strategic goals.
• Act as a maker-checker for operations data and reports; ensure all data presented to leadership meets governance and quality standards.
• Build and automate Power BI dashboards integrating key KPIs from financial and operational systems.
• Analyze business trends and generate actionable insights and improvement recommendations for leadership review.
• Drive regular business review discussions with vertical heads and translate management directives into operational action plans.
• Support strategy presentations, board reports, and data-backed documents prepared by the Founders Office.
• Maintain robust documentation, process guidelines, and version control for all MIS and financialdata reports.
