Draughtsman

JOB TITLE: Office / Site Assistant (Trainee – CAD)

LOCATION: Dhanbad, Jharkhand

JOB TYPE: Full-Time (Training Basis)

WORKING HOURS:

• 8 Hours per day

• Weekly off: 1 day

REMUNERATION:

• Monthly Stipend: ₹6,000 – ₹7,000

• Revision subject to performance and business growth

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Office assistance and daily support work

• File handling, scanning and document arrangement

• Basic AutoCAD drafting (plans, sections, simple drawings)

• Editing and printing of CAD drawings

• Site visit assistance and basic measurement noting

• Register / basic Excel or manual data entry

• Bank, municipal office and local field work (if required)

• Learning-based support under supervision

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (2D)

• Ability to read simple drawings

• Basic computer knowledge

• Willingness to learn office and site work

ELIGIBILITY:

• Fresher / trainee preferred

• ITI / Diploma / Civil background preferred

• Local candidate preferred

ENGAGEMENT TERMS:

• Engagement is purely on training basis

• This does not create permanent employment

• Monthly stipend payable during training period

• Continuation and revision subject to performance
