Job Description

  • Conduct field visits to colleges, institutes, offices, and public locations to promote SkillNest AI programs.
  • Generate leads through on-ground marketing, seminars, roadshows, and local campaigns.
  • Counsel students and working professionals about courses, fees, and career outcomes.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly field sales and enrollment targets.
  • Coordinate with telecalling and counseling teams to close generated leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, and conversions in CRM or reporting sheets.
  • Build strong relationships with educational partners and local influencers.
  • Collect market feedback and competitor insights.
  • Ensure proper brand representation during field activities.
  • Submit daily activity and performance reports to the reporting manager.
