Job Description: Sales Intern (Fieldwork)

Location : Dhanbad, Ranchi, Patna, Jamshedpur, and Bhubaneswar

Internship Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

PPO: Pre-Placement Offer after successful completion of 3 months

Role Overview:

The Sales Intern (Fieldwork) will be responsible for generating quality leads from the market through structured market research and field activities. The role focuses on identifying working professionals interested in pursuing MBA and Bachelor’s degree programs through distance/online learning modes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth market research to identify demand for MBA programs among working professionals.

Generate leads by collecting data on non-MBA working professionals in the private sector interested in pursuing an MBA through distance learning.

Identify and collect data on 12th pass working professionals interested in Bachelor’s degree programs via distance/online mode.

Analyze market demand for MBA specializations, including: Human Resources (HR), Finance , Marketing , Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Retail Management, Information Technology, Healthcare & Hospital Management

Study and report market expectations regarding MBA program fees for working professionals.

Identify professionals with time constraints who are seeking an MBA for promotion, salary growth, or career advancement.

Conduct field visits, interact directly with potential candidates, and maintain accurate lead data.

Prepare and submit regular market research reports, covering a minimum of 15 prospects per report.

Coordinate with the sales and admissions team for lead handover and follow-ups.
