Security Guard

Security Guard is responsible for maintaining safety, preventing unauthorized access, protecting property, and supporting a secure environment for staff, visitors, and assets.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor premises through patrolling, CCTV surveillance, and access control

Check ID cards, visitors, vehicles, and staff entry/exit

Prevent theft, trespassing, vandalism, and security violations

Maintain security registers, gate pass & movement records

Respond to emergencies, alarms, and incidents

Assist during fire drills & evacuation procedures

Report suspicious activities to Supervisor / Management

Ensure safety rules and company policies are followed

Required Skills

Good observation & communication skills

Discipline, alertness, and physical fitness

Ability to handle conflict calmly

Basic knowledge of security procedures & reporting
