Service Head

We have a Bridal Lehenga Store and we offer stitching service to customer after sales. Need a Service Head will be responsible for ensuring the best customer experience in the store. S/he will supervise the customer service team, maintain service standards, handle escalations, and support smooth store operations. This role requires excellent communication, presentable personality, and leadership.

• Required Skills
• Efficient in Excel and google sheets working.
• Excellent communication and soft skills.
• Pleasant personality and polite behaviour.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, phone communication, and simple reporting.
• Ability to handle multiple customers at once.
• Leadership qualities to manage and guide the team.
• Basic stitching related knowledge would be preferred.
