Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Manager to lead a team of 15–20 professionals in our finance division. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, with a deep understanding of financial products, operations, and customer management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, guide, and motivate a team of 15–20 employees to achieve business and sales targets.

Oversee day-to-day operations related to financial services such as trading, demat accounts, investments, and client onboarding.

Monitor team performance and ensure high levels of productivity, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Conduct regular performance reviews, training sessions, and mentoring for team development.

Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, company policies, and operational procedures.

Coordinate with senior management to implement business strategies and achieve growth objectives.

Handle client escalations professionally and provide quick and effective resolutions.

Analyze reports and prepare MIS data for management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

3–6 years of experience in financial services, banking, broking, or investment operations.

Proven team management and leadership experience.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of equity, mutual funds, and other financial instruments.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
