Telesales Executive

Industry: Automotive / Car Accessories

Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers with good communication skills can apply)

Job Role & Responsibilities: Make outbound and handle inbound calls to dealers, distributors, retailers, and customers across India.

• Promote and sell automotive car accessories such as LED lights, electronics, car care products, and related items.
• Generate new leads and follow up on existing leads to close sales.
• Explain product features, pricing, schemes, and offers clearly to customers.
• Maintain customer data, call records, and sales reports.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with dealers and customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with logistics and backend teams for order processing and dispatch.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and after-sales coordination professionally.
• Key Skills Required:Good communication skills in Hindi & English (regional languages are a plus).
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Basic knowledge of automotive car accessories preferred.
• Ability to work with sales targets and follow-ups.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp, email).
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and result-oriented.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in tele sales / tele marketing / automotive sales is an advantage.
• Knowledge of car accessories market, dealers, or distributors is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage all-India customers.
