Boiler Engineer

𝑶𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔:

1. Monitor and control boiler performance, adjusting parameters as needed.

2. Conduct daily inspections, identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions.

3. Manage boiler start-ups, shutdowns, and emergency situations.

4. Optimize boiler efficiency, fuel consumption, and emissions.

𝑴𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒏𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆:

1. Develop and implement maintenance schedules for boiler and auxiliary equipment.

2. Supervise maintenance personnel during routine and overhaul maintenance.

3. Troubleshoot and repair boiler-related issues.

𝑺𝒂𝒇𝒆𝒕𝒚 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒑𝒍𝒊𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆:

1. Ensure compliance with boiler safety regulations, codes, and standards.

2. Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.

3. Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols.

𝑸𝒖𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒓𝒐𝒍:

1. Monitor and analyze boiler water chemistry.

2. Adjust water treatment programs as needed.

3. Ensure boiler water quality meets regulatory standards.

𝑬𝒅𝒖𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering/Boiler Engineering.

𝑬𝒙𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆:

10+ years of experience in AFBC boiler operation and maintenance.

Experience with boiler control systems, instrumentation, and automation.

𝑺𝒌𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒔:

Strong knowledge of AFBC boiler design, operation, and maintenance.

Familiarity with boiler safety regulations, codes, and standards.

Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and leadership skills.

𝑪𝒆𝒓𝒕𝒊𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔:

Boiler Operator Certification.
