• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Branch Manager.

• Overall 8-12 years of experience in the banking sector.

• Experience managing a team of 7-15 people.

• Managed a deposit book of 50-100 Cr.

• Highly rated in 2 out of the last 3 year.

Qualifications:

Any graduate with relevant experience.
