Job Description
1. Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain regular contact with all active customers.
- Act as the primary coordination point for customer communication.
- Ensure timely response to customer queries and escalations.
- Build long-term professional relationships with key customer stakeholders.
2. Post-Delivery Quality
- Follow-upProactively request quality feedback after every consignment delivery.
- Track and document customer reviews and observations.
- Coordinate internally with Quality and Production teams for corrective actions.
- Maintain a customer feedback register and share periodic reports with management.
3. Delivery Coordination
- Coordinate dispatch schedules with production and logistics teams.
- Ensure delivery timelines are communicated clearly to customers.
- Monitor dispatch status and inform customers about updates.
4. Tracking & Reporting Maintain a structured tracker for:
- Delivery dates
- Customer feedback
- Pending approvals
- Open issues
- Ensure closure of action items from customer meetings.
