Key Responsibilities

The BDO will be responsible for driving sales and market penetration within the Dharmapuri and Salem regions, specifically by:

• Identifying and engaging with local dairy farmers and farming groups.
• Promoting and selling our specialized cattle-related products and farming inputs.
• Educating and onboard farmers to utilize our online veterinary consultation services.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with the farming community.
• Achieving ambitious sales and business development targets.
• RequirementsExperience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Sales/BD, preferably in the veterinary, dairy, animal feed, or agri-business sectors.
• Languages: Fluency in Tamil (mandatory) and English (mandatory).
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Location: Willingness to travel extensively and be based in the Dharmapuri/Vellore area.
