Job Description
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls, emails, and messages.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a professional manner.
- Schedule customer appointments and coordinate with the operations/service team.
- Ensure timely updates to customers regarding service status.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction.
- Support the sales team in converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and management to ensure smooth service delivery.
