Deputy Manager - Manufacturing

 

 Roles and Responsibilities :

 Plan and determine Optimal utilization of manufacturing operators & equipment to meet manufacturing Goals

• Ensure that Manufacturing stays within Budget
• Ensure 100% schedule adherence coordinating with PC&L, IE and maintenance departments
• Monitor operators to ensure they meet Safety, Quality and performance requirements
• Analyze Manufacturing data and identify trends, anomalies and opportunity for improvements making process more efficient
• Quality problems analysis with QC tools/ CAPA
• Well versed in Line balancing concepts & take actions to achieve target Plant Labor Efficiency
• Generating & implementing Creative Kaizens for Shop-floor improvements Plan & Implement Lean Manufacturing on shop-floor
• Generating Space Saving Ideas & their Implementation on shop-floor
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Should have experience of managing bigger team size (approx. >=1000 operators)
• Excellent oral & written communication skills Excellent know how & implementations of Japanese methodologies

 

Education and Qualification :

 

B.E./B.Tech

8 - 14 years minimum experience post qualification

SAP knowledge

Should know to communicate in English/Hindi
