Account Executive (Accounting)

Job Summary:

The Account Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements like GST, TDS, PF, etc.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain daily accounting entries in accounting software (Tally / Zoho Books / ERP).
• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, purchase bills, and payment vouchers.
• Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
• Assist in GST return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B).
• Handle TDS calculation and return filing.
• Prepare monthly financial reports.
• Manage petty cash and expense records.
• Coordinate with auditors and consultants.
• Maintain proper documentation of financial records.

• Required Skills:
• Good knowledge of accounting principles.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in Tally / Zoho Books / MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines.

• Qualification:
• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting (Freshers can apply if skilled).
