Customer Relationship Executive

The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with existing customers, handling inquiries, addressing grievances, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The CRM will also assist in sales efforts by nurturing leads, following up on orders, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Provide timely resolutions to customer issues and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Sales Support & Order Management:

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless order processing.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations.
• Assist in order tracking, dispatch coordination, and post-sales follow-ups.

Communication & Coordination:

• Maintain clear and professional communication with customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp.

Key Requirements:

• Education & Experience:
• Education:Any Diploma/Degree
• 0-1years of experience in customer service, sales coordination, or CRM roles

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
