Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to handle end-to-end human resources functions

for our Logistics/CFA operations at Sattur, Dharwad. The role requires a strong HR Generalist with

hands-on experience in recruitment, training, statutory compliance, audits, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Manpower Planning

• End-to-end recruitment for warehouse, operations, drivers, supervisors, and office staff

• Coordination with department heads for manpower requirements

• Onboarding, induction, and documentation

HR Generalist Operations

• Attendance, leave, shift rosters, and employee records management

• Implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and disciplinary procedures

• Employee grievance handling and industrial relations

Training & Development

• Identification of training needs

• Conducting induction, safety, compliance, and skill-based training

• Maintenance of training records and reports

Statutory Compliance & Audit

• Compliance with PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity

• Factory Act / Shops & Establishment Act / Contract Labour Act

• Support for internal and external audits

• Liaison with government and labor authorities

Payroll & Vendor Coordination

• Payroll input coordination with accounts team

• Timely statutory deductions and submissions

• Contractor and manpower agency compliance

Performance & Administration

• Support performance appraisal processes

• HR MIS and reporting

• Discipline, safety, and workplace compliance

Skills & Competencies

• Strong HR Generalist knowledge

• Recruitment and manpower handling expertise

• Sound statutory compliance and labor law knowledge

• Experience in logistics / CFA / warehouse setup preferred

• Good communication and leadership skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR documentation

Qualification

MBA / MSW / PGDM in HR or equivalent

Experience Requirement

Minimum 5 years and maximum 7 years of relevant HR experience
