Job Title: Human Resources Executive (HR)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain attendance records and employee documentation.
• Address queries related to PF and ESI.
• Manage recruitment, including job postings and candidate sourcing.
• Develop job descriptions and facilitate training and onboarding.
• Implement HR policies and analyze performance data.
• Communicate sales targets and monitor team activities.
• Conduct orientation, exit interviews, and manage grievances.
• Prepare meeting agendas and conduct assessments.
