MIS Executive

The MIS Executive will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting operational and business data to support decision-making across logistics functions. The role focuses on maintaining accurate databases, preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports, and ensuring data integrity across systems related to transportation, warehousing, and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to logistics operations (dispatch, delivery, inventory, fleet, TAT, costs, etc.).
• Collect data from multiple sources such as ERP, TMS, WMS, and Excel trackers.
• Analyze operational data and highlight trends, exceptions, and performance gaps.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all reports.
• Support operations, finance, and management teams with custom reports and dashboards.
• Track KPIs such as on-time delivery, order fulfillment rate, vehicle utilization, and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain and update master data (customers, vendors, routes, vehicles, SKUs, etc.).
• Assist in process improvement by identifying data-driven insights.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies.
• Maintain proper documentation and MIS formats.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in MIS or data reporting, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or transportation.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, charts).
• Experience with ERP/TMS/WMS systems is an advantage.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to work with large datasets and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau / Advanced Excel dashboards
• Understanding of logistics operations and supply chain metrics
