Civil Engineer(Billing)

Job Summary:The Billing Engineer is responsible for preparing, verifying, and maintaining project bills and measurements for civil construction works. The role ensures accurate cost management, timely submission of client bills, subcontractor bills, and overall billing documentation in line with project timelines and contracts.

• Key Responsibilities:Prepare and verify client bills, subcontractor bills, and vendor bills as per contract terms.
• Maintain and update measurement sheets, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), and work progress reports.
• Coordinate with the site team to collect daily progress and quantity details.
• Ensure all billing and documentation align with drawings, specifications, and agreements.
• Handle rate analysis, cost estimation, and reconciliation of materials and quantities.
• Prepare monthly bills and ensure timely certification from clients and consultants.
• Assist in preparing tender documents and cost comparisons when required.
• Verify subcontractor work quantities and prepare RA (Running Account) bills.
• Maintain proper records of approved drawings, work orders, and agreements.
• Support internal audits and ensure compliance with company and client procedures.
