Supply Chain Executive

Key responsibilities Area:

1)    Approve orders in SAP by validating PO terms and CMOF details, and coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure timely order approval and execution      .

2)    Handle Master Data Management (MDM) activities, including:

3)    Creating and submitting change requests in MDM for new codes (ND) and any required SAP changes to support system integration.

4)    Reviewing and approving packing materials, raw materials, and finished goods within MDM from a supply chain perspective.

5)    Oversee end-to-end Raw Material (RM) supply chain activities, including:

i)      Raise and manage indents for Raw Materials (RM) to ensure timely procurement and uninterrupted production operations.

ii)    Coordinating from Goods Receipt Note (GRN) to Quality Control (QC) release processes. Ensuring timely and smooth material flow into production.

6)    MIS & Analytics: Generate MIS Reports and ISBU (Business Unit) statistics to support decision-making.

7)    Prepare and analyse FG NPA (Non-Performing Assets) data reports to identify trends, highlight gaps, and support decision-making for inventory optimization
