 About the Role

We are looking for a Field Executive who will be responsible for ground-level hospital marketing, village outreach, camp coordination, and digital promotion. This role involves extensive field work and direct interaction with local communities, panchayats, and health authorities.

Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Field Marketing & Hospital Promotion

• Coordinate with graphic designer for posters, pamphlets, banners, etc.
• Identify high-visibility locations (markets, bus stands, shops, religious places) and ensure proper poster placement.
• Plan and decide routes for speaker announcements on bike and ensure execution.
• Distribute pamphlets in villages, towns, and weekly markets (mandis).
• Explore innovative low-cost rural marketing ideas for hospital promotion.

2️⃣ Social Media & Digital Presence

• Create and manage hospital social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business).
• Ensure minimum 3 posts per week (awareness, services, testimonials, offers).
• Provide special coverage for eye camps, OPDs, surgeries, and events (photos/videos).
• Coordinate content ideas with hospital management.

3️⃣ Village Outreach & Camp Coordination

• Visit villages and liaise with Sarpanch, Panchayat members, local influencers, NGOs, schools, gurudwaras, etc.
• Coordinate planning of eye check-up camps in villages.
• Obtain necessary permissions from Civil Surgeon / District Health Authorities (training and contacts will be provided).
• Ensure smooth execution of camps in coordination with hospital staff.

4️⃣ Additional Promotional & Outreach Activities

• Build relationships with ASHA workers, Anganwadi workers, teachers, and local doctors.
• Assist in organizing health talks, awareness drives, school screening programs, etc.
• Maintain a record of villages covered, camps organized, and promotional activities.
• Any other marketing or outreach activity assigned by hospital management.

🎯 Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred).
• Local candidates preferred with good knowledge of nearby villages.
• Comfortable with field work, travel, and community interaction.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, social media, WhatsApp, photos/videos.
• Two-wheeler with valid license preferred (fuel allowance provided).
• Prior experience in field sales, NGO work, hospital marketing, pharma rep, insurance agent, or rural outreach is an advantage.

ਅਸੀਂ ਇੱਕ ਫੀਲਡ ਐਗਜ਼ਿਕਿਊਟਿਵ ਦੀ ਭਾਲ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਾਂ ਜੋ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਮੀਨੀ ਪੱਧਰ ਦੀ ਮਾਰਕੀਟਿੰਗ, ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਉਟਰੀਚ, ਅੱਖਾਂ ਦੇ ਕੈਂਪਾਂ ਦੀ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਨ੍ਵਯ, ਅਤੇ ਡਿਜ਼ਿਟਲ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਲਈ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।

ਮੁੱਖ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀਆਂ

1️⃣ ਫੀਲਡ ਮਾਰਕੀਟਿੰਗ ਅਤੇ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ

• ਪੋਸਟਰ, ਪੰਫ਼ਲਿਟ, ਬੈਨਰ ਆਦਿ ਲਈ ਗ੍ਰਾਫਿਕ ਡਿਜ਼ਾਈਨਰ ਨਾਲ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਕਰਨਾ।
• ਉੱਚ ਦਿਖਾਈ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਥਾਵਾਂ (ਬਾਜ਼ਾਰ, ਬੱਸ ਸਟੈਂਡ, ਦੁਕਾਨਾਂ, ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਸਥਾਨ ਆਦਿ) ਦੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਕਰਨਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਥੇ ਪੋਸਟਰ ਸਹੀ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਲਗਵਾਉਣਾ।
• ਬਾਈਕ ’ਤੇ ਸਪੀਕਰ ਅਨਾਊਂਸਮੈਂਟ ਲਈ ਰੂਟ ਦੀ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਬਣਾਉਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਸਦੀ ਅਮਲਵਾਰੀ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣਾ।
• ਪਿੰਡਾਂ, ਕਸਬਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਹਫ਼ਤਾਵਾਰੀ ਮੰਡੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਫ਼ਲਿਟ ਵੰਡਣਾ।
• ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਲਈ ਨਵੇਂ, ਘੱਟ ਖਰਚੇ ਵਾਲੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਪੱਧਰੀ ਮਾਰਕੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿਚਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਖੋਜ ਕਰਨਾ।

2️⃣ ਸੋਸ਼ਲ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਅਤੇ ਡਿਜ਼ਿਟਲ ਹਾਜ਼ਰੀ

• ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਦੇ ਸੋਸ਼ਲ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਪੇਜ ਬਣਾਉਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਸੰਭਾਲਣਾ
• (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business)।
• ਹਫ਼ਤੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਘੱਟੋ-ਘੱਟ 3 ਪੋਸਟਾਂ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣਾ
• (ਜਾਗਰੂਕਤਾ, ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ, ਮਰੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਭਵ, ਆਫ਼ਰ ਆਦਿ)।
• ਅੱਖਾਂ ਦੇ ਕੈਂਪਾਂ, OPD, ਸਰਜਰੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਸਮਾਗਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਖਾਸ ਕਵਰੇਜ ਕਰਨੀ (ਫੋਟੋ / ਵੀਡੀਓ)।
• ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਨ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਕੰਟੈਂਟ ਦੇ ਵਿਚਾਰਾਂ ’ਤੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨਾ।

3️⃣ ਪਿੰਡ ਆਉਟਰੀਚ ਅਤੇ ਕੈਂਪ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ

• ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਦਾ ਦੌਰਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਪੰਚ, ਪੰਚਾਇਤ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ, ਸਥਾਨਕ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਸ਼ਾਲੀ ਲੋਕਾਂ, NGO, ਸਕੂਲਾਂ, ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਿਆਂ ਆਦਿ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਕਰਨਾ।
• ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੱਖਾਂ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਦੇ ਕੈਂਪਾਂ ਦੀ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਬਣਾਉਣਾ।
• ਸਿਵਲ ਸਰਜਨ / ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਸਿਹਤ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਲੋੜੀਂਦੀ ਇਜਾਜ਼ਤ ਲੈਣਾ
• (ਇਸ ਲਈ ਟ੍ਰੇਨਿੰਗ ਅਤੇ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ)।
• ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਸਟਾਫ਼ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਕੈਂਪਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੁਚਾਰੂ ਅਮਲਵਾਰੀ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣਾ।

4️⃣ ਵਾਧੂ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਆਉਟਰੀਚ ਗਤਿਵਿਧੀਆਂ

• ASHA ਵਰਕਰਾਂ, ਆਂਗਨਵਾਡੀ ਵਰਕਰਾਂ, ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਡਾਕਟਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਬੰਧ ਬਣਾਉਣਾ।
• ਸਿਹਤ ਗੱਲਬਾਤਾਂ, ਜਾਗਰੂਕਤਾ ਅਭਿਆਨ, ਸਕੂਲ ਸਕ੍ਰੀਨਿੰਗ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਆਦਿ ਦੇ ਆਯੋਜਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਦਦ ਕਰਨਾ।
• ਕਵਰ ਕੀਤੇ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ, ਲਗਾਏ ਗਏ ਕੈਂਪਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰਕ ਗਤਿਵਿਧੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਬਣਾਈ ਰੱਖਣਾ।
• ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੋਰ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਮਾਰਕੀਟਿੰਗ ਜਾਂ ਆਉਟਰੀਚ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਨਿਭਾਉਣਾ।

ਲੋੜੀਂਦਾ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਪ੍ਰੋਫ਼ਾਈਲ
