Role Overview

We are looking for a technically strong Full Stack Developer with deep backend expertise to lead product development as a Project Manager. This role combines backend architecture, hands-on development, sprint planning and team coordination to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

-Lead end-to-end product development and delivery cycles.

-Design and develop scalable backend services, APIs and microservices.

-Plan sprints, prepare technical breakdowns and manage timelines.

-Collaborate with frontend, QA and management teams.

-Review code, enforce standards and mentor developers.

-Optimize database performance, server load and API response times.

-Identify technical risks and ensure reliable, secure implementations.

-Maintain clear documentation for architecture and deployments.

Technical Skills

Backend (Primary):

-Strong experience in Node.js / Python / Java / Go.

-REST APIs, microservices, real-time communication.

-MySQL/PostgreSQL, MongoDB/Redis, data modeling.

-Scalability, concurrency, caching, performance optimization.

Full Stack & DevOps:

-Working knowledge of React / Vue / Angular.

-Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), Docker, CI/CD, Git.

-Basic infrastructure setup, monitoring and deployments.

Project & Leadership Skills

-Agile/Scrum methodology.

-Sprint planning, progress tracking and documentation.

-Strong communication and team coordination.

-Ability to handle pressure and deliver on schedule.
