Job Overview

Adhyyan Defence Academy is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The role involves designing engaging visual content for both online and offline platforms related to MHT-CET, NEET, and NDA preparation. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys turning ideas into impactful visuals and wants to grow in an education-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Design:
2. Design posters, banners, flyers, brochures, and social media creatives for courses, admissions, events, and promotions.
3. Digital Content Creation:
4. Create visuals for social media platforms, WhatsApp promotions, websites, and digital ads while maintaining brand consistency.
5. Coordination:
6. Work closely with the academic and marketing teams to understand content requirements and deliver designs on time.
7. Branding Support:
8. Maintain and enhance the academy’s visual identity across all platforms.
9. Editing and Revisions:
10. Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions promptly.

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Any graduate or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred).
• Proficiency in tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, or similar software.
• Basic understanding of social media design trends.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
• Prior experience is preferred but freshers with a strong portfolio may apply.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary Range: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and skill level)
