Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month

About the Role

We’re looking for a dedicated, all-rounder staff member to join our homestay team. This role is ideal for someone who loves to cook, is guest-friendly, and enjoys a peaceful home-style work environment. You will live on-site and help maintain the warm, welcoming atmosphere of our Airbnb villa.

Key Responsibilities

• Cooking
• North Indian, South Indian, Chinese, Non-Veg and Seafood dishes
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and assist in grocery stock
• Guest Hospitality
• Welcome and assist Airbnb guests
• Make beds, clean rooms, and maintain guest comfort
• Serve meals and help with small daily guest needs
• General House Help
• Support with homestay upkeep
• Light housekeeping and errands
• Watering plants, basic tasks as needed
• Pet Friendly
• Must love pets (especially dogs)
• Help with pet care if needed

Requirements

• Good cooking skills across multiple cuisines
• Pet friendly (non-negotiable)
• Basic spoken English for guest interaction
• Active, reliable, and clean
• Willing to live on property full-time
• Polite and guest-focused attitude

Bonus (Preferred but Not Mandatory)

• Can speak Kannada or other South Indian languages
• Experience in villas, resorts, or guesthouses
