Job Description
Minimum 3 yrs experience in Accounts / Admin
Working knowledge with Tally
Basic computer knowledge-MS Excel / MS Word
Experience with -
Accounts
- Regular Updation and maintenance of Ledger book ,
- Regular Updation and maintenance of Bank statement ,
- Vendors Books Reconciliation
- Quarterly GST Filing as per timelines
- Maintaining various reports
- Handling material inward/outward documentation
- Manage Purchase orders ,Invoice ,DC ,Sale Orders E-way Bill
- Payments follow -up with customer ,
- handle payments receivable and payables
- Handling independently Correspondences & E-mails

- coordinating with vendors
- Purchase & stock maintenance of office items
- maintaining various reports
