Job Description

Minimum 3 yrs experience in Accounts / Admin

Working knowledge with Tally

Basic computer knowledge-MS Excel / MS Word

Experience with -

Accounts

  • Regular Updation and maintenance of Ledger book ,
  • Regular Updation and maintenance of Bank statement ,
  • Vendors Books Reconciliation
  • Quarterly GST Filing as per timelines
  • Maintaining various reports
  • Handling material inward/outward documentation
  • Manage Purchase orders ,Invoice ,DC ,Sale Orders E-way Bill
  • Payments follow -up with customer ,
  • handle payments receivable and payables
  • Handling independently Correspondences & E-mails

Admin

  • Office management
  • coordinating with vendors
  • Purchase & stock maintenance of office items
  • maintaining various reports
