Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Purpose of the Role: To minimize the mean time to repair ,Outcome Required / Strategic Priorities.

Main Responsibilities / Critical tasks

1 preventive and brake down maintenance ofCNC machines , like punching and bendingmachines , paint plant , rectification of Issue’srelated to PLC’s , DRIVES , HMI , SCADA ,spare part management.

2 RAW PRODUCTION , paint plant , Assemblyarea, Mod centre ,

Qualification:Diploma /BE Electrical engineer

Skills & Knowledge: Behavioral Competencies:

1. 2 to 3 years of experience in preventiveand Brake down maintenance Cncpunching and bending machines ,Automatic powder coating and EC Dipcoating plant , Basic knowledge of PLC ,HMI , DRIVES ,

2. Knowledge in Siemens , Mitsbushi,omron , B & R , Funuc controller ,

3. Knowledge on TPM

4. Soft skill: Excel,Word,Powerpoint.

5. Knowladge of HT & LT Maintenance,

6. Knowladge of distribution and utilization ofpower and cabel.Good communication skill.Measures:Plan fulfilment of preventive maintenance,MTTR,MTBF
